This home showcases a daring palette of materials with the combination of Silvertop Ash timber cladding and Cemintel Barestone panelling wrap the lower storey contrasting against the traditional recycled red brick showcased both internally and externally, the upper storey takes on a more contempory feel with its sharp ColourBond cladding.

Internal spaces are organised around a central kitchen drenched in northern sun, with multiple concealed track sliding doors throughout, while views from the lower storey offer two outdoor living spaces; one with entertaining deck and pool, and the other courtyard featuring a central Japanese maple tree which comes to life at dusk.

Brash gunmetal finishes and off form concrete structures com pliment the interior surfaces completing this industrial style family home.
